I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious entrance and lovely seaview rooms made a great first impression. The buffet in the evenings was good. Despite being a bit out of town, I found the peace and quiet to be quite enjoyable. I took advantage of the biking track nearby and had a great time exploring the coast on one of the hotel's complimentary bikes. The staff, particularly Karl, were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It is easily accessible by taxi, making it convenient for those who want a peaceful stay. The hotel also provides free transfer to the train station, which is a rare and thoughtful service.

There seems to be a lack of other dining options besides the buffet dinner, which may limit choices for guests.

Spent new year at a hotel with great view and comfortable rooms. Loved the fact that they had a gym for a good workout. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.

The location was a bit remote, so had to rely on taxis to get around. Also, the swimming pool was closed for the winter, which was a disappointment.

We got great value for our money at this hotel, with a modern and comfortable room and a fantastic view of the water from our balcony. The staff was also very helpful and even arranged an English-speaking guide for our tour of Hualien and Taroko.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful location near the shoreline, providing a tranquil atmosphere. Guests can borrow bicycles and cycle along a breathtaking 22km path. Rooms are spacious, luxurious, and have beautiful sea views from private balconies. the courteous staff are attentive to all details, and the facilities include a sauna and swimming pool.

The dinner buffet was lackluster and there wasn't a separate bar area.

We recently stayed at a new and spacious hotel with connecting rooms and a amazing sea view. The attention to detail in the rooms was perfect and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful night's sleep on the comfortable beds and enjoyed the great amenities provided. The in-room dining menu was also reasonably priced, making it a convenient option. The staff were friendly and the breakfast served was superb.

The hotel had a fantastic spa facility with a sauna, hot and cold pool, both indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the fun game area with activities like table tennis. The English guide we booked through the hotel provided an excellent one-day tour of Hualien and Taroko. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices. Bike hire was enjoyable and the spacious rooms were comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful and provided free transportation to/from the airport, train station, and night market.

The location was also convenient, being just a short distance from the town area and train station. Additionally, the staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.

Beautiful views, great size room. Spent Christmas at this hotel and the views were incredible. the room was really spacious and clean. the outdoor pool looked great but we didn't have a chance to try it. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is in a bit of a remote location so you will need a taxi to get anywhere. it was a good experience, but we didn't love the food at the hotel. Breakfast was fine but the dinner buffet was not very good. the bar didn't open until later in the evening.
